About this service

Ilmaistapahtumat.fi brings together free events from across Finland in one easy-to-use service. The service shows only events with free admission: concerts, exhibitions, sports events, family events and much more.

Event information is provided by the organizers. Always check the time and free admission on the organizer's own website.

Where does the event data come from?

Event data is fetched from the open APIs of cities and regions. The data updates automatically several times a day.

• City of Helsinki (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Helmet libraries)
• Luckan (Ostrobothnia)
• Satakunta Events (Pori and Satakunta)
• Keski-Suomi Events (Jyväskylä and Central Finland)

Event data is licensed under Creative Commons CC BY 4.0.

Event descriptions are shown in English when the organizer has provided one; otherwise the original Finnish or Swedish text is shown.

The service also publishes events added by users, which are reviewed before publication. You can add your own event using the event submission form (in Finnish).
